I also think self control is most important in gambling than any others, because without self control there is no chance to get survive there and we can lost our money so quickly, it's natural when met losing streak than we want quick heal and that is the reason if we don't control our emotion than the disaster will happen there.

That's your problem if you cannot control yourself as we know already that it will not result to success, once we lose our control we will also loss our decision making and instead of following the game plan, we let our emotion sink in and normally we lose in the end.

Emotion is high when you are winning or losing in gambling. When I am losing in consecutive manner, I stop playing. I just let my attention focus to other chores and return to playing when my mood is ok. I just learned my lesson before, and gambling is  a good gauge to control yourself.

Here are my guidelines on how you control your temper when you are gambling. This will help you a lot to not be addicted in gambling.
1. If you are playing gambling set a goal or a profit goal so that you will not be greedy at the end. Greediness turn you to be a loser.
2. Playing twice a week or thrice week makes you feell better and lucky because you are in the greedy mode.

Yes, but difficult, people will be all in when they lost previous bets, it is the best way to make us broke because we can't control our temper and emotion.

Easier said then done! I`m controlling myself as much as possible, but I think that is hard when you rise your bets. We get in situation where we can`t control our selfs. It`s not something we choose, that hand just hits us. I always pointed one thing controlling yourself is not just to have control when you are losing, it also to have control when you are winning. I agree, emotionn is the key factor for your strategy.  If you have in control of your emotion, you can think accordingly, implement the strategy according to what you wanted and you can monitor almost all aspects of the game.  If you lost  your temper, you cant be able to implement  what you have planned and later  on lose all your bankroll.
