To keep your temper in control you should ask some friends to follow you when you playing.

I have to say my greediness controlling my temper because I want to win it all. As a first timer before, I said that to myself a lot of times. I want to win for the first time and I never realized it will not happen. If you win the first time, it must be luck. If you are continuing winning, it must be an expertise. Agree, when you play you just enjoy the the game and nothing else. But I know some people who are full of emotions when they lay.Sometimes due to so much excited,they ca not think clearly that lead to their losses.Sometimes when they consecutively loss they are angry that they ca not concentrate and lead to losses. That is why,better to control or check your temper of emotions when playing.

In the past i tryed sports betting, me and my brothers we made the same deposit 50 euro, my brother has withdraw 100 euros after a while, i had reached 60-70 euro and then i found casinos games, i just spend 80% from my balance into it, then i lost the bets and my balance. The thing is you must limit your stop loss, i had made just one deposit and i knew if i loose all the balance i wouldnt make any new deposit, otherwise i would be trying to recover the loss putting the money once again at risk.

It is easier to say than done , I tried to implement some of your rules in the past but i just can't stop my temper from trying to recover my loss  when i am losing and my greediness when i am winning. It is just hard to control your temper when you are already losing or luck is favoring you. So in the end i always end up losing every bits i have.

controlling your temper will makes you give more addiction to bet. its much better to bet a one time big time. and if you win quit. enjoy all your winnings. pamper yourself.

I think it would be he opposite. Not controlling your temper leaves you more prone to addiction as emotions would most likely cover your better judgement especially if you lose quite a big amount. The normal emotional reaponse would be to bet again until you get your losses back. The problem is most of the time, instead of gaining your losses, you tend to lose even more.
