what are you using? pc or phone? if you are using phone, you can search many good vpn app on google play store (if you are using android phone).

try tunnel bear if you are using phone, its a good and fast vpn and has a free trial version. If you are using browsers, you can always use add ons features of chrome and mozilla for vpn, there are also built in browsers with vpn like opera and tor and most of them are free  .

Try setting up a VPS eg an amazon EC2 instance and then install TunnelBlick on it. your own private VPN coming from whatever private address you want. It can even be free for a year if you use the Amazon free tier.

Mullvad is a very good VPN which takes care of user's privacy. Also, websites don't blacklist their IPs so you won't be detected if you use this VPN.
