Yes, initially. We plan to issue more shares after we start getting data from the instruments so we don't get ahead of ourselves.

Yes, initially. We plan to issue more shares after we start getting data from the instruments so we don't get ahead of ourselves. 10 BTC isn't enough to make an investment in just about any company. A private equity firm invests in private companies. If you intend to trade / speculate on alt-coins that is not a private equity fund but rather an investment fund (more like a hedge fund).

Yes, initially. We plan to issue more shares after we start getting data from the instruments so we don't get ahead of ourselves. So let me get this straight, you're going to further dilute the equity shares of early investors by later adding more shares? No thanks. I commend you trying to do something unique in this field, and you've got to start somewhere, but from my perspective (as someone from the hedgefund/investment world) you need to do some more work on structuring this better if you want people to invest. 1 ) Put more skin in the game, 10btc is a rounding error to a lot of big investors. 2 ) Release a whitepaper or executive summary. 3 ) Explain your investment process: active or passive; discretionary or systematic? 4 ) Explain your risk management methods5 ) How do you plan to manage the assets, do you have a proprietary platform for safely securing your holdings? 6 ) Do investors get yield through dividends or through capital appreciation, or both? 7 ) Whats' the lockup/redemption period? 8 ) What are the credentials of those managing these assets? CV or proof of experience would be helpful.

CV or proof of experience would be helpful. Thank you for feedback. I'm actually going to work on the things you mentioned. Raising the price to $ 0.2 to make a total of $20,000 or I'm sure that this is now enough to make enough gains and get a big stake on key investments, and at the same time will not dilute the equity of early investors. Sorry for my foolishness. 2.) I am working on this now, will release this around next next week. 3.) I will be actively investing in new opportunities, but of course will also be looking into more passive means of profit. 4.) First of all, I'd like to spread out the fund in different instruments so we can make sure that we have a diverse portfolio and the risk of losing that much from any single instrument is manageable. We'll be looking into the long term, and bringing only established assets. I'm looking into things like Cryptocurrencies with POS, Bitcoin financial services, margin lending. 5.) I will be using Poloniex as my platform for margin lending. They're both 2FA secured and are established companies. I have a powerful machine running - perfect for staking coins. As for Steem in the portfolio, it gains 0.4939% per day in STEEM Power, and returns 2.8 STEEM per week. 6.) They get yield through dividends distributed using the Counterparty token system (Our Token: NCGSHARE) 7.) Lockup period is 1 month 8.) I am JM Erestain, and helping with management is Joshua Bacud. Both Joshua and I have managed our own money for quite some time, following the Philippine stock market. Apart from that I'm being mentored by Howie Ross Valino, a veteran in fund management in the Netherlands. Why would you launch something like this on XCP? Their volume is horrifying, at best, and with a new asset, you have little volume. You're compounding the issue, creating a very illiquid investment opportunity. Making an exit from this would be painful and expensive.

XCP is very close with Bitcoin and has a much easier means to manage the trade.. I can always make a vote and we can transfer somewhere else entirely. I would ask though, where would you suggest for us to be on? NXT?

I would ask though, where would you suggest for us to be on? NXT? I've historically been against any of these third-parties, solely because the transaction volume is low on most and brings about yet another failure point: Fiat, BTC, the alt for the blockchain, then your business itself. It significantly increases risk. NXT is likely a better platform, though, just because it's more widely used and has a lot more volume (meaning an entry/exit into the blockchain's native currency -- in this case NXT -- is not going to destroy the price). Also, it looks like no dividends went out this week? How often are they supposed to go out?

We've exchanged 0.005 BTC into ~ 250 NXT to participate in the distribution of Ardor: https://www.ardorplatform.org/Its promising team and concept of a more user-centric version of side-chains, their child-chains are seem to be a lot better to work with both as a user and a developer. Personally I might be developing fin-tech with this, and I can see myself doing so in the future. Regards, JM Erestain
