Are you asking why do some bitcoin addresses start with the number 3?

These are pay to script hash addresses, abbreviated as P2SH. More commonly they are known as multi-signature addresses.

I got my bitcoin wallet address starting with 3 when I was depositing my bitcoins in my unocoin account. I haven’t seen such bitcoin address in my blockchain wallets (where you can change the address after each transaction). I am not sure you will get your desired address from this or not but giving some links, try it

Thanks for that link.  I wish I understood anything it talked about, but I don't.   Thankfully, like driving a car, you don't need to know all the technical details to use bitcoin.

If the original Backside walkaround can prove to me they are the old owner of this account, I can update the email address to the email address of their choosing.
Backside walkaround has lost access to their account as they used someone else's email address to sign up, and the owner of the email address got tired of random email notifications from this site after a few months and reset the password.

I don't know why, this site don't work in my country, a lot of people tried to contact support and nothing...
I'll have to google it to read in another site.

As an average user, you need not concern yourself with stuff like this as there is a lot (e.g. CLTV, CSV and so on). You are 'okay' without knowing, up until the point where something like this affects you directly.

What country is that (make an edit to your post, instead of posting an additional reply)? Here's the content of that particular page:

all p2sh addresses start with a 3 unlike the 1 with the regular bitcoin addresses, I am not certain but I think the new auto-generated blockchain.info addresses start with a 3 as well.
