I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with Coinmama. It's the first time we hear about this issue. I wish you had contacted us directly so we could have sent your commission right away, and not only when we heard about it here. All the same, we appreciate your feedback - it gives us a better idea of how we can improve!
To address your concern: you're absolutely right that we did not live up to the 24 hours stated. All I can say is that this number is a remnant from when we first launched the affiliate program, and while it will be updated shortly, I can only apologize that it was there in the first place. The reason why we haven't paid out commission on a daily basis is that we're soon launching an update that makes payouts happen automatically. Our hope is that this creates a better experience for affiliates going forward.
