Don't use CoinMama.com affiliate system they don't pay you! They claim to pay 24 hours but I haven't got my money almost 2 weeks now. And I have the feeling they don't pay unless I beg to them with hours and hours emailing battle... They are scammers or highly unserious!

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with Coinmama. It's the first time we hear about this issue. I wish you had contacted us directly so we could have sent your commission right away, and not only when we heard about it here. All the same, we appreciate your feedback - it gives us a better idea of how we can improve!

To address your concern: you're absolutely right that we did not live up to the 24 hours stated. All I can say is that this number is a remnant from when we first launched the affiliate program, and while it will be updated shortly, I can only apologize that it was there in the first place. The reason why we haven't paid out commission on a daily basis is that we're soon launching an update that makes payouts happen automatically. Our hope is that this creates a better experience for affiliates going forward.

Then which site would you suggest we use instead of these sites that you have said have such extremely high fees?
Because the way I see it any site that deals with bitcoin to any other currency have extremely high fees if above 5-6% of market value for bitcoin.

Coimama does not pay me on the affiliate system. I wait 0.02489641 BTC and they do not pay me.

Payments that are from March 19, 2017 to August 8, 2017 and nothing.

I don't know about affiliates, I actually applied for the affiliate program but never bothered to really take it seriously since I was very busy at the time. But now that I got more time, other feedbacks of user who got paid would be great. It is a bit worrying to read negative reviews, it is not the 1st thread I read with such feedback, sadly.
Anyone else?
