There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

He seems to want to buy a house or just make the value of a bitcoin increase by selling them at a high level.
Since by the looks of it no one else is selling as that high levels its safe to say he will have a semi monopoly for a while.

Or, he just bought 1,000 btc at MtGox and wants to scare the market higher. If so, I want to buy 300,000 too  Roll Eyes

Lol, maybe. It would probably work better with a story and more reasonable number, like 80k.

But anyway, I need about 120k to capitalize my BitCombinator start-up factory. Please don't front run me.

Be aware to trade BTC worth ~55000+ USD with a one-poster.

Also, 300000 BTC are currently about 6.75 % of all generated Bitcoins.
As a comparison: Try to get 6.75% of all USD currently in market ...

This is a serious offer.
I'm sure there are some old timers here sitting on a big pile of BTC. It would drive the market way down if they dumped it so they can't really sell it. Just like it would spike the market if I tried to buy up all this BTC.
So hopefully you are out there and will send me a PM and we can make a deal.
I've worked out how we can make the transaction without risk to either party.

i'm more interested in this part. would you care to share? i think a lot of otc traders out in the marketplace would like to know of a way to conduct transactions while minimizing counterparty risk.

It's the buyer to determine whether his business is private or not.

Thanks for posting here , better than crushing the market down !

I hope you ll find big enough offers, for sure buying 1000 or 2000 a day would take too much time.
