Initially, the concept of Zcash was introduced by Wilcox to provide a sense of anonymity between senders, receivers, and the value of transactions. Moreso, the transparency of public Blockchains allows anyone to trace transactions, the Zcash development team felt the need to provide the community with a private Blockchain architecture.
zkSNARKs, which stands for zero knowledge succinct non-interactive argument of knowledge, is the basis of Zcash that enables the processing of valid transactions with complete anonymity. The integration of zkSNARKs means that every aspect of the transaction and the network is made private, including the sender’s address, receiver’s address, transaction amount, and any other sensitive financial information.
Fair method of distribution
Initial Coin Offerings, also known as ICOs, have received heavy criticisms ever since Ethereum’s ICO, as there is no actual method in verifying the potential market value of the cryptocurrency.
For instance, if Zcash offered $10 per coin in its ICO and the real market value turns out to be $1, investors and users would be prone and vulnerable to substantial losses in funds.
Thus, Zcash believes the most fair and transparent method of kickstarting the network is allowing users to mine for themselves, using proper equipment.
Many cloud mining companies like Genesis Mining are allowing users to set up the necessary equipment and prepare to mine Zcash on October 28.
An increasing number of investors and users are particularly excited about the launch as investors of Zcash are eligible in receiving 20% block reward share over the next 4 years.

Another trading week came to a close and it's time to announce results of trade during this period.
For the week of October 17 to October 21 company traders have managed to earn 3.66% net income for investors.
During the first half of this week the rate of Bitcoin was around $640. 19th of October was marked with dump to $627, but the sales volume were low, and the next day the price returned back to $640. We see no satisfying conditions for the sale of Bitcoin, because we see constant uptrend on daily and weekly graphics. Also Chinese Government Published Blockchain Financial Whitepaper, which is a breakthrough for the development of cryptocurrency industry! Previously, we have noticed that with the increase of BTC cost the capitalization of cryptocurrencies also grows, i.e. most altcoins keep their rate to the USD, but decrease in rate to BTC. Our traders have learned to use this dependence to obtain a stable profit.
Ethereum got another upgrade, which brought to the ETH rate increase for 4% up to 0.0199, we decided to sell some ETH in the range of 0.0190-0.0199, as with the predicted growth of Bitcoin ETH will proportionally decrease. As we have seen for the past several months, the level of ETH support is in the range of $11.8 - $12.2. Perhaps the following pump of Ethereum will start from here. Ethereum team prepares parity client, and other powerful releases for this fall. Also some other perspective crowdsales are expected to be launched, including Gnosis market and the Golem project, the date of release will be announced in the nearest future. These crowdsales will accept deposits in ETH, which will form a natural demand for Ethereum tokens.
We sold most of the remaining XMR coins at the price of 0.0109, expecting a further cost dump to BTC. We also plan to start EXP accumulation in case its cost will fall below 0.0005. As for Wavespaltform, which Releases Assets on the Testnet, which led to the beginning of the growth WAVES token, will have great perspectives.
