Jaxx not syncing

please guys help me. Yesturday i sent some btc from my paxful to my jaxx 1.1.3 on android, and after 9 confirmations and 10 hours still zero on my jaxx. I contacted their email support, but nohing, no reply. I installed jaxx from chrome and tried to pair them with secret words but still zero. I see my adress in blockckain, and btc is there, but not on my wallet. I created a blockchain.info wallet, and inserted there my adress with btc, but dont know how to send it to my other wallet. I have some key pairs from jaxx but when i insert them on my blockchain wallet it says "the private key doesnt match the selected adress"

Is there a way to sent that btc away from blockchain?

I hope they recover the coins for you but since you are having trouble with this wallet and Jaxx is down why not switching to the best available wallet for Android and which is always online and with no intentions of going down like jaxx ?  Just install Mycellium from the play store and it offers the maximum from the side of convenience and from the side of security for an Android wallet.
