Who would agree?
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I agree.

This is just Bitcoin eating the fiat currencies of the world alive.

Its exchange value is going up like the exchange value of a seat in a Titanic's life boat.

Bitcoin have more gravitas than any other fiat money. It is the black hole currency that pull purchasing power away from all others.

Money itself isn't lost or made; it's simply transferred from Gordon Gekko?

Think about it, fiat money is created when ever it is need. Bitcoins aren't create while people say they are, I think the better terminology is unlocked and transfered to an address. This quote is simply saying no money is create or lost, just transfered from.

Transferred from--what? You can't end a sentence with a preposition. It makes the sentence nonsensical.

Bitcoins can be lost though (People forget there wallet identifiers, lost passwords, inactive traders, broken computers, etc.)
