I might not be in the best position to provide the answer because even me myself I'm yet to earn same but what difference is it gonna make if I can't use it then someone else can and so I will offer the advise which is simple trading will give that to the best of my knowledge-still learning though, another is gambling-be ready to lose all, another is provide a service- thats sure but might not be constant to provide every week return because of competitions and availability of clients.

The fastest way you can earn 0.1 or more is just by gambling but of course that is not recommended because it is much painful when you lose it and try to get back your money back. lending in poloniex or bitfinex is guaranteed can get profit, but if 15 bitcoin only get 0.1bitcoin/week is very small profit

Yes, it is possible and you can do it without investing a single satoshi!  Learn to play poker and find all the altcoin sites that offer freerolls, then exchange those alts for bitcoin on an exchange when you win....There are several sites that offer cryptocoin freerolls: shibes.poker for dogecoin, breakoutpoker for BRK, SwC for btc, betcoin.ag for btc....etc.  Learn to play, google cryptocoin poker, and start earning.

It's possible but the journey would really be hard for you to win, and considering to have at least 0.1BTC a week, that is a hell of a job.
Me, I would still prefer to invest and use my money to generate money, I'm earning more than that a week in trading combine with my job in real world. We can aim for higher than the above mentioned but that would mean we need to take a bigger risks.

0.1 btc is not too big amount to earn and it can be easily done with trading and even if you have 0.1 btc to invest in trading then you can easily double it with trading altcoins so I don't think its a very big deal to earn 0.1 btc on weekly basis as I am earning more then that since long time.
