what is initial supply? It show initial supply is 400M, but source says max coins are 500M, so deos it mean 400M is premined. 80% premine or i mis undrestand something, also there are huge rewards , thats not sound right, some explanation plese.

Initial supply is 400M PIE plus staked amount since the chain started.

500M is not the maximum number of coins but the transaction maximum.

The daemon shows the actual supply or you can also see it in the blockexplorer:

The rewards are quite reasonable and are being paid using staked coins from the 400M. The entire supply will be offered when we figure out the ICO situation.
