That domain's real value is nowhere close to 10.000$, Mr.Weiner (yeah I saw your little pic there.).  Collateral should be something that can easily be sold for the loan amount.

i checked the prices for bitcoin domains and none of them is offered for less than a few thousand

most available bitcoin domains are on sale for 50k on namecheap

so if you have nothing nice to say...

This is a fairly valuable domain name as it is bitcoin.works so is rare (I wouldn't value it at $10 000 though.
However, sites like namecheap are great at overestimating the value of their domains and they do it extremely often to manipulate people into paying more for domains. Usually a domain that is useless and can be bought by a person buys for $1.50 is listed for several hundred/thousand dollars to try to get people to buy that or other domains for high amounts.
