Received All funds today NMC and BTC no errors or underfunding. He's working on it and honest.

Patience will be rewarded. I imagine he's actually having to go through every account one at a time.

Late reply - but wanted to mention that I received both my NMC and BTC balances on April 24th in full - with no hassles whatsoever.

I sent a bitmessage and had a swift reply - and was refunded a couple days after that after confirming my NMC and BTC addresses.

It sounds like the sheer amount of refunds (and having to sift through data backups to make them happen) is taking much longer than anticipated.  Respect to doublec for working on this rather than changing his name, buying an island somewhere, and absconding.

Hope this goes smoothly for everyone else.

It's been over a month that doublec has been holding onto our money. It seems barely any has been returned.

The recovery process has been very drawn out. I've wondered if there has been information withheld from the public. Was a vulnerability discovered in the exchange? Was there a hack? Were there only mediocre backups? If not, why not let us access our accounts like we previously had?

I can only speculate. I understand that there are many accounts to process and I'm sure that doublec has other things going on in his life. Though I empathize, the slow pace is beginning to seem excessive.

Confirmed my addresses a while ago, no response to my last 2 bitmessages. As much as I'm inclined to trust doublec, silence is not "golden".

doublec, I know you know your stuff, but I will gladly help if you need a hand (making this faster by way of a script/program).

I already offered to help ... wondering if he might get an instance of the exchange back on-line just to facilitate withdrawals? Going through all the accounts manually is going to take forever by the sounds of it.

That's great to know, did you do something other than wait?

I think doublec was on the road for some time. I wrote to him again a few days ago and he promised to look into it when getting back.

Today the balance amounts have been refunded.

Thanks doublec
