I am announcing a new bitcoin service called eCardome.com

Customers can buy and sell their bitcoins with ease from their balances (USD or EUR).

We support payment options like:
Ukash
Bank wires
Local deposits
Sofort bank

We also have reloadable debit cards in USD currency.

Your site does not yet mention Bitcoin. Would you mind to elaborate how you are connected?

Drop me a mail please if you are interested in custom Bitcoin enhancements or professional support.

Nice service. My question is:
Quote
Card loading $4.00 + 2%
Does that apply to BTC?
When I load BTC onto my debit card, do you make the conversion immediately or at the time of purchase/withdrawal? How do you work out the exchange rate?

https://tlsnotary.org
Transferable webpage content notarization.

Basically yes. The whole transaction is devided in 2 steps. You send BTC currency to your ECO account > the payment is converted according current exchange rate.
You fund your ATM card from the balance.
