We are in testing mode. Brand new website including Bitcoins logo is comming soon.

But Bitcoin platform is already inside of the account.

Does that apply to BTC?
When I load BTC onto my debit card, do you make the conversion immediately or at the time of purchase/withdrawal? How do you work out the exchange rate?

Basically yes. The whole transaction is devided in 2 steps. You send BTC currency to your ECO account > the payment is converted according current exchange rate.
You fund your ATM card from the balance.
