What about Quazar?

We have no plans about Quazar. We take FCN, because it has merged mining and helped us to know about merged mining, to implement it in XDN.

You should look at XDN topic, there will be no PoA in FCN.

I am still wondering how this can be done without a current chain. If the devs are planning to create a new chain it is one thing, but if they want to use the existing chain then they will need a chain. I have asked several times already where they are going to get a current existing chain.

I have just downloaded fantomcoind from the website http://fantomcoin.org/ and started syncing the blockchain. You can start syncing with this command:
fantomcoind --add-peer 148.251.51.113:8280

Make sure you start the daemon from a command prompt within the directory where fantomcoin resides.
In Windows 10, hold 'shift' while right clicking the folder: 'open command window here'.
fantomcoind --add-peer

It wont read my old wallet. Is the Linux wallet compatible with the Windows wallet? My backup files have .bin in the name of the 3 files but I see a new wallet of a Windows wallet does not have .bin in the name of the 3 files.
