The distribution will start immediately after the investment round has finished. The amount of SPEC will be calculated relative to the total amount invested (including the bonus calculations).
This means that early investors will get a slightly larger share of SPEC relative to their investment. The distribution will be completed manually and in order of investment once the totals have been calculated.
This gives an extra advantage to early investors as they will be able to stake early on. By the time the ICO is open, wallets will be available and the block explorer will be set up so you will be able to keep an eye on your own payments.
Only the total amount invested and the number of investors will be public. Individual investors will be able to check their own investment through a uniquely generated URL on the ICO page.


During the period of the ICO we will not record any personal information and we will not ask you to provide any such information to be able to invest in The Spectreproject and SPEC.
You can leave an e-mail address if you wish to receive updates but you do not need to do this. You will not be asked to register to invest. It is recommended that you leave a new, unused Bitcoin address for any refunds.
We will ask you for a SPEC stealth address for your payout to your SPEC wallet. You can be confident that you will be able to invest in total privacy and share as much or as little information as you choose.
The ICO will accept Bitcoin (see note on privacy) or any other currency that is supported by SHAPESHIFT if you prefer to invest with increased privacy.

Having a think about this, something occurred to me. Cryptocurrency and mobiles could solve the problems of many and take this money transfer system into the digital age and also provide a real-world use of cryptocurrency that has not been done before.

Now think; replace the intermediary trust with cryptography and break the link between the intermediaries with ‘zero knowledge proofs’ and develop a totally decentralised proof-of-concept trust model with no central server and no central database. Add to this immediate settlement of balances using Spectrecoin and make the mobile app free for all and available for anyone with a mobile. The mobile system can be used with no prior knowledge of crypto.

This is really the background for the creation of SPEC. This is a real use of crypto for real people and has the potential to help the so called un-banked to access certain financial services.

The philosophy behind the project is one of “absolute privacy” which is a fundamental right. So, no registration, no personal details needed and no storage of any such details in any aspects of this project.

A skeleton Android app is in the making and further details will be released soon. The app will be released once working as a free app and open source. The aim is for the community to join in the further development of this.

Why don't you ask the developer if you don't understand anything rather than pass conclusive judgements on this promising project. I have spent quality time reading and comparing this project with others and I've seen the potential that Spectre possesses. I wouldn't rubbish this project because there aren't an escrow yet and I believe majority on this forum would agree with me.

Thank you for your concern. However this line kind of confused me, " No matter I don't trust any developer, until there is a trusted developer on from this platform. . . ". There have been tons of ICOs that sprouted for nowhere. If we look at it, it really is a gamble. The success of the project relies on those who value privacy, and anonymity. If you are in doubt, maybe you can join the team on slack to get a better view of the goals and steps being taken by the developers.
