Don't try live chat, they are helpless. I mean live chat people are employees who work for them and not the admins themselves. If you want your queries resolved, then contact them through their support and not live chat obviously. I hope this withdrawal problem will get resolved soon. I was lucky I withdrew them few days back and received them. |

I have similar issue! It has been blocked for more than a week. When I try to withdraw, it is blocked. Have you guys contacted the admin yet ? They may know how to solve this problem instantly. Or just wait without being panic and I think you will soon be able to withdraw Below my email to 1xbit. I contacted admin 11 days ago. All I got was - "wait for the answer." I was about to ask something about this site because looking for a new sportsbook to go to but don't want to be in a situation where chat person can not do anything and needs admin to do everything to do with the site when you run into problems. |

As far as I know live chat is helpful especially you are inquiring on something, or you have file a support ticket and wanted to follow it up, of course a follow up thru support ticket is good, but talking to staff may have your concern directed to the admin. In most cases, it will help speed up the process. It might be useless at that moment but the notes and issue they passed to the admin will help. |

risking it all? You really are a belligerent fool. Anyone who risks it all is for sure welcomed at all bookies, it is not a smart way to bet and that is how most mugs go broke. I suggest no one does that, I bet max 10 percent of bankroll, and thats rare. Usually between 1-5 percent. |

The live chat is not really helpful if compare to other bookmakers, this i can say... always ask you to wait....wait....wait....they check for the answer to your question for long time....how can you let your customers to wait for so long? really not knowledgeable... these staffs needs more training... or fired!  |

Im afraid to do that since i can't risk all of my money just to bet on some certain games that i cannot assure to win or even if i familiar on the play, maybe i will just allocate little percentage of it so if i lose well it surely cannot affect me and cannot make me on bad situation, 5% os totally good enough and that is what i can afford to lose, we need to manage our feelings at don't be so focus on being a fan kid since we might gonna lose and turn bad. |

Dear 1xbit team, It has been more than 2 weeks now i am trying to reach you, from mail, this forum and everywhere, but noone gave me a proper answer to my inquiry. My account does not login saying i have wrong login and password. I tried restoring the password several times but I was still not able to login to the system. Yes i complained that i could not withdraw but 24hrs later it was OK
All markets covered live and UK/EU horse racing
bets are settled fairly quick

I think its really happening on some time on your betting and luckily it wad been fix by the devs, and surely this one will get more trust if they will act like that always, and surely i will bet again next time if i have enough time to monitor the sports i wish to bet on, and i think also those problem stated above is occuring when the devs doesnt see it nor they are busy to attain other problems regarding to their service, But overall 1xbit is A+ for me at this moment. |
