My account has been frozen without a reason, too. Since Saturday I am not able to log-in anymore. Support could not help me, they just advised me to forward my issue to the "Security department". Thus I sent several e-mails since Sunday (one reminder per day) without receiving an answer yet.

Fun fact: Today I sent a "test" e-mail from an other e-mail account to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com just to check out if they really process incoming e-mails one by one because that's what the chat operators told me. Now guess what: I received an answer from both of these addresses shortly afterwards (one and a half hour later from 1xbet; two and a half hour later from 1xbit).

So at this point right now I easily could judge them to be scam because they closed my account without a reason and ignore all my e-mails but I will wait what happens next in the coming days.

Anyway, since reading all the negative stuff that has been posted so far I have a very bad feeling that I will ever see my BTCs again.

Because there is a good possibility he is making this up. It is easy to make an alt account and post serious accusations anonymously. Someone should contact a mod and report to find out who this guy behind the alt account is. Maybe he is a fudder hired by another competing sportsbook or something crazy. This forum has more crazies than you think.

Why we should contact mod to find his main account, if we know his main account then what is the benefit?
I dont think other competing sportbooks need to hire someone to make this thing, other competitors are still better than this site so they will not do it as this site is not a big competitor for them.

Too much complaints , they have to improve their customer service it's important.

Indeed they need to improve their services specially their customer relation service.  Communication with clients is very important in establishing trust and comfort to all their client. If every now and then there always issue about email unanswered, pending withdrawal, non support reply, this is very bad for business.  Aside from that I also read the review  by lcb, I guess 1xbit need to straighten things, lots of issues recently.

I can stream all my favourite games on it and bet while watching it. It is on par with all the sports betting sites there is be it fiat or bitcoin. I still dont understand why people still like directbet. It is the most basic site there it and the odds are awful there. The only good part I appreciate about them is the no deposit part.

unfortunately I have a big problem with 1XBIT. I am a customer since a few weeks and everything was okay.
Then last weekend suddenly I was not able to place a bet or to do a withdrawal. Both times appeared a error message, that betting is temporary blocked, withdrawals are also blocked. I wrote to the live chat and they told me to write an email to security@1x-bit.com. I did it 72 hours ago and I wrote several Emails in the last hours to this email adress too. But until now I did not become an answer. Live chat told me everytime the same standard answer that I should wait for an answer from the specialists...

"Performing well" lol. Are you serious? That's the euphemism of the year.

Several scam indications were already posted. Closing winning accounts and not answering on e-mails is what you define a "good performance"?

To every user who considers to register at this book: If you are a value punter and you know you will win (in the long run) then DO NOT register at 1xBit! If you just want to gamble a bit do what ever you think is the right for you. I guess as a gambler you have better chances to get your money.

Why does everybody say 1xBit would not be related to 1xbet only because of some user who names himself "1xBit.com" claims that 3 months ago?

The same user who is online nearly every day but not answering PM's and not replying on all that issues in this thread since Dec, 8th?

I think it would be naive still to believe that 1xBit is totally independent from 1xbet.

- Why did the chat support of 1xBit give me the e-mail address support-en@1xbet.com?
- Why appears "1XBET video channel" in the browser tab if you click on the "Video channel" link in the lower right corner of the 1xBit site?
- Why is there a hyperlink to CASCADE Pro Gaming when the sponsor of that Esports team is 1xbet as you can see on their site?

There are surely several other indicators for 1xBit and 1xbet belonging together.

I used it too and it's good experience but what I think they should focus now istead of marketing and advertizing is website performance and design. A bit more modern design would be great (color yellow is not that great imo)

Be nice if they stopped with the silly bonuses and their ridiculous roll-over terms and just focused on actually being a BOOKMAKER, standing by their prices and honoring bets, instead of crying every time someone who is a little bit sharper than them takes money off them.

You can't just expect to buy a turn-key bookmaker product and print money from the off. They seem to be chasing the bet365 model without any of the expertise and professionalism.

The sooner they learned to stop bitching about paying winning customers the more chance they have of surviving long term. As it is, they are far too short sighted and people will won't bother with them if all they read online is reports of non payments and ridiculous time-consuming efforts customers are put through to get paid.
