Because there is a good possibility he is making this up. It is easy to make an alt account and post serious accusations anonymously. Someone should contact a mod and report to find out who this guy behind the alt account is. Maybe he is a fudder hired by another competing sportsbook or something crazy. This forum has more crazies than you think.

Why we should contact mod to find his main account, if we know his main account then what is the benefit?
I dont think other competing sportbooks need to hire someone to make this thing, other competitors are still better than this site so they will not do it as this site is not a big competitor for them.

Too much complaints , they have to improve their customer service it's important.

Indeed they need to improve their services specially their customer relation service.  Communication with clients is very important in establishing trust and comfort to all their client. If every now and then there always issue about email unanswered, pending withdrawal, non support reply, this is very bad for business.  Aside from that I also read the review  by lcb, I guess 1xbit need to straighten things, lots of issues recently.

Purpose of creation this thread for sure is promotion of service. And you have right, that people can write here what they want.. It is forum, and until post stick to the topic, there is no problem. People are forgetting that this is a forum and a forum is an online discussion board so obviously this thread is meant discuss anything related about 1xbit . If I where in the place with those people that thinks 1xBit is a fraud then gather all evidences and proofs and post it in the Scam Accusations rather than to make multiple whining here as a it will just be buried because of new post and it will mixed to different stories and concern.
