Ok, a scam is a big issue let's see how 1xBIT will handle this accusation, I hope you can solve your problem.

Almost 24hours but still no reply from 1xbit, I doubt this issue will be solved. At least 1xbit should come to the thread and say something on the thread. Lets see what will happen

I guess you guys still don't realise what kind of fraudster 1xbit is. Stealing money from winning accounts is part of their system.  It's the same scheme they carried out at 1xbet. In the early weeks after launching the 1xbit site they may have paid out regularly to keep up the illusion of being a serious sportsbook. But the fraud cases become more and more frequent, just look through this thread how many cases have been popped up in the past 2 weeks.

To be honest I only made the formal scam accusation thread to disprove the guys who claimed all the newbies would be lying or make a campaign against 1xbet and "don't even have the balls to make a scam accusation" or whatever they were saying...

I do not have the slightest hope that they ever will re-open my account or at least give me my deposited money back. I don't even believe that they'll ever make a statement on this case. Instead they are way too busy grabbing money from new customers who have won too much.

well you cannot please anybody to believe you gor now since i think the players and their participant arr.currently blinded for the money generated by this site, and actually i don't see other people claiming that they had beed compromised on their winning bets nor their withdrawals for now, but if surely people who have guts to stand and tell here if they had been compromised by them surely their account will be neg tagged by dt members.

Can you describe in detail how you solved the problem as I'm experiencing the same problem for 2 weeks now.

In what way could the chat support help you? When I ask them they always refer to security department.

It is all newbie accounts making all the scam accusations. Where did they all come from? It is possible that this came from only one group of people who do nothing but to discredit a service here in the forum.

Don't use ad hominem as a way to discredit users. Newbies or not, there should have been replies. The fact that 1xBit has not responded is not good, and if the arguing point against that is that the user was not online, then that adds a new problem: they are not active or don't care enough to be active here. in this business a good name is worth much more than 3-4 bitcoins,IMHO
if the owner doesn't care about the image of his site and is not very quick at rebutting the scam accusations
it only makes you question the whole credibility of the site itself,once again with dozens of bitcoin sportsbooks sites
there is no need to stick with a company that has its name smeared in multiple scam accusations and scandals

Anyway If the "newbies" provided valid evidences then it should not be ignored, they should be treatened as well as other members. Good thing is that the scam accusations does not come from higher rank member from this forum. Maybe your pc has a malware or virus infection that affected your pc browser installed, and I can suggest that you try re installing your browser application installed and try logging in again.

ye i try clear cookies and cache and its working but after login my last bet ( its clearly win for sure) its get to refund( void) until 5 min before game ended its still confirmed bet, i read the rules many times, and im sure im win. (esport Basketball FYI), for me i have no doubt personaly about 1xbit .

Have you tried to claim multiple bonus? Usually those people who have trouble the one who did it
They are monitoring and not sleeping , so i can't see any reason why it's voided
Unless if your account wasn't allowed to bet anymore there.
