Although they are newbies, they still have some proof that they are truly having some troubles with the 1xbit. I hope that the manager will soon fix it and solve the problem asap. It is not good to get negative trust about this issue.

Although they are newbies, they still have some proof that they are truly having some troubles with the 1xbit. I hope that the manager will soon fix it and solve the problem asap. It is not good to get negative trust about this issue.

if that issue will not been replinish well that will stain the reputation of this business and provably many critics will come to question their credibility, look up for cloudbets thread you can actually see many bad claim against them and surely this thread will became same as them if they dont resolve the issue immediately. They should be attaintive so that they will act according to what their costumers says about the error by using their site.

They just created the account just to reach out to 1xbit, since 1xbit have thread here and doing a campaign.  I only read h4ans accusation and well stated all the valid stuff about how none responsive their staff is.  I hope 1xBit will get more competent staff for the better services and that issue with h4ns will be fixed soon.

I just hope they get through with this. A thorough investigation on the matter is really called for and I hope they can prove that they had no malice in suspending the account nor not paying the winnings. I just really see this site to be promising and that they are really doing good.

i never claim any bonus.. just first deposit bonus but its completed 3 month ago.. its started when i bet on same line in every game like i bet on over/under in every game coz thats only im comfort in line bet

they have voided 6 bet slip until now,, and the void after game is over.. before or during game it confirmed as normal bet.

They just created the account just to reach out to 1xbit, since 1xbit have thread here and doing a campaign.  I only read h4ans accusation and well stated all the valid stuff about how none responsive their staff is.  I hope 1xBit will get more competent staff for the better services and that issue with h4ns will be fixed soon.

I just spoke with the owner on skype and informed him of this situation. Hes supposed to get back with me in a few hours. From my understanding hes not support, he has agents hired for that job.

They should hire people here who is/are able to cater and manage all kinds of topic about 1xbit not just for promotion cause this is a forum.

You know I did mentioned prior to the opening of the scam accusation thread about the fraud that is now being disscussed, that if they are really sure about those fraud things that happen, compile all the evidence and post it in scam accusation so that others can look into too at the right section and a possible red tag from DT until it will be resolved.

You know I understand your sentiments, but ever heard of trolls? They are anywhere and most of them just stating that a certain site is fraud or not "WITHOUT" a proper basis. Even a high rank here, if ever there will be a troll post it will also be considered as troll by others.

How about the lending section. There are newbies that, what if they are telling the truth but can't show any basis, are you willing to give them a lend? I doubt even they have basis, any people will give them a lend in an instant.

No one is mean to newbies. But you have to understand that opinion of two members with different ranks are not treated equally and they really shouldn't be. It may be okay with you or not but of course if someone spend years on this forum and someone registered 5 minutes ago they can't be treated same.

But the problem is the same, when i am betting, if the odd ratio downs, my bet ratio down too, if bet ratio rises, my bet ratio dont rise. This is too annoying.

Please send personal message to the admin of the site and I'm sure they be attending your concerns. You can screen shot using snipping tool app in order to send it through your mail. If your account is not banned, so there is no problem and no troubles will come out during every transactions.

I read the accusation and the representative of 1xbit (maybe the owner) in this forum had contacted the person.  Well as far as I know they are looking at the possible grounds why those accounts are suspended and the possible way to solve the problem.  So it is still under investigation.   Anyway I hope 1xbit will fix this issue soon.
