Can you post the specific error message that you can get? It seems that most of us here can visit 1xbit so that we can figure out what is/are the possible solution to your problem. But I guess the main problem goes to your ISP try to fix it out and call the support. And it looks like 1xbit needs to fix some scam accusations from its players.

If that still doesn't work, try using a proxy or VPN to see if you are being blocked. Never use VPN to bet here, since this site has so many complaints, I personally avoid it. They can ask for ID, and if they find your ID is from the banned countries, they will not hesitate to confiscate all of your funds.

Hmm I thought your issue has been solved together with h4ns issue because your issue is similar with h4ns. You need to be more patient to wait mate, seems that 1xbit is a site with low quality support who needs to take many weeks to solve an issue like yours.

Indeed I read the accusations, one were solved by unblocking account  and let them process the withdrawal but the other one with bigger BTC seems left hanging, I hope 1xBit will put an end to the problem, it is actually hurting the sites reputation.  They should hire a more able stuff that can solve produce reports that can  fix the problem faster.
