参考消息网10月17日报道 德媒称,从全寿命周期来看,电动汽车并不比燃油汽车更环保,而中国甚至会成为受害者。

据德国之声电台网站10月17日援引《每日镜报》报道,零排放、无污染,汽车产业正以此来推广电动汽车,消费者也愿意因此而斥资购买,但是,真相并不是这样。尽管电动汽车行驶时确实不会排放二氧化碳、氮氧化物、可吸入颗粒物等污染物,但是在电力线的另一端,发电厂却往往依然在燃烧化石燃料。而且,制造电动汽车也需要消耗各种资源。

报道称,应当从全寿命周期的角度来分析一辆汽车的环保性。这里包括电动汽车的制造、燃料或电能。在计算时,有几个参数是无法确定的,比如生产电池究竟要花费多少能源。而电池通常都是在中国生产的,中国的电力大多来自于燃煤,这既不利于全球气候保护,也不利于中国当地的空气质量。

报道称,各国政府如果真心想要推动气候保护、环境保护,就应当加大投资,让公交车以及卡车实现电力驱动。“电动巴士的续航里程变短并不会造成大问题,这样的措施会很有效地提升城市空气质量。如果越来越多的上班族能够将私家车留在家中,或者压根不买私家车转而投奔公共交通,那么环境保护所取得的成效也会越大。但是,如果政府只是想要促进某一个产业的发展,那就应当如实地将其称为'产业政策',不必再为其披上绿色环保的外衣。”

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

问题是,即使没有电动车,火电发电一点都不会少,同时还得累加油车污染。别偷换概念了。

如果能大力发展核电,并在安全性上做好,新能源汽车还是清洁的,可惜现在确实不是
