Selling two Limited Paypal accounts.

Title says it all, I have two limited paypal accounts, one with $39 on it, the other one with €22.
They got limited cause I put random fake infos, cause I was underage and I couldn't verify them when they got limited.
It's been more than 300 days since they got limited, so you can link your bank account and withdraw the funds.
I'm looking for $30 btc, I can show proofs of funds and also I'll go first with trusted members.

I would be interested in these accounts but need to know what country they are in and if they are in europe then i would need a european bank account to be able to withdraw from these accounts into the bank. Just want to know this before purchases them. Even if it is correct I will still buy them from you.

To be honest I'm not okay with that price, $20 for more than $60, ugh.
I don't get how the fact that they're from Europe could affect you in any way, there is no withdrawal fee, so..
I will only accept $30.
And yeah I can go first, but I'll not give you both of them at once: I'll give you the access to the first account--->you send me $15--->I give you the other account---->You send me $15.
I have no doubt you're an honest person but I can't risk.
