I'm sure I've seen one in here somewhere. I don't remember where, though. It actually very easy. You absolutely need a steam account to register at the app.roundcoin.org. Also you have to have some round tokens to make a bid and join a game. I guess, you can send a message to yep++ and request a round tokens as a promotion. It's his job. Use telegram chat to find competitors or if you want to play with someone from bitcointalk, just post request in this thread.

Round serve as competitive platform for csgo players. Platform already working in beta mode. Players can compete with each other(1x1) for the ROUND tokens on aim_maps.
