Coin Control in Electrum

Somebody said there's a coin control feature in Electrum but I can't find where it is. I have the latest Electrum version. Do you know about that? Is it true that Electrum has coin control feature or did he give wrong info to us?
There's a Coin Selection > Privacy / Priority option in preferences but that's not exactly coin control feature.

I don't see Electrum as shown in that picture. It says version 1.9.7, I use 2.6.4 and Receive tab is not like that. I see in Addresses section there's Freeze option but Send From is missing. Did they remove this feature in latest versions?

Go here:
Tools > Preference > Transactions (tab) > Coin Selection (last option) > select Priority or Privacy



It is done automatically. Anything more you have to do it manually by either creating transaction on your own by selecting the UTXOs or selecting multiple addresses from its tab and then Right click > Send from.

p.s. If you want I can explain how to create a raw unsigned transaction with the UTXOs that you have in mind (2 different ways) and then sign it inside your Electrum.

I already picked Privacy from there. The problem is I don't see "Send from" button in anywhere.
Oh now I see the problem. It shows Freeze but doesn't show Send From in empty addresses. When I click a address with BTC in it it showed me Send From button. I didn't see in Receive tab but Addresses tab. Thank you all for your help.

Yeah I guess I should update that blog post. One other point is that by default the addresses tab is hidden so to make it appear you have to press ctrl + A.

Just click the "Coin selection" label and Electrum will give you a good explanation about both options.
