I don' t think you need to send any ether to a new address to receive bounty. I have been using myetherwallet.com for a while without any issues. Its all good if you keep your private key some where safe.

About the bounty distribution is it ok to receive the bounty direct from exchanger site like liqui or yobit? Or need to create an Ether Wallet before we can recieve it?

try to open the form and read carefully before giving an address eth
