Interesting but you should not hold any collateral. A trusted escrow needs to hold all collateral.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

No one will use this service, makes no sense at all you do lend funds with paypal, knowing that any transaction can be reversed, and bitcoin funds doesnt have such option, as stated above for you provide this service you will need a trusted escrow, otherwise no one will risk their bitcoins.

As Doamader said in the above post there is no point to use a lending service that lends in Paypal USD/EUR and takes BTC as collateral.
IMO, This could work if you lend to people in-person.

I will lend money by PayPal and they will give back by PayPal. What is the problem?

I will lend money by PayPal and they will give back by PayPal. What is the problem? It don't make sense to give BTC collateral and receive a Paypal loan unless its for a very long time frame. The borrower could simply exchange his BTC to Paypal and buy back BTC at a later time. It would be cheaper to do it this way if you consider the interest and all.

The risk for those which does wanna paypal besides loose those and the colateral from a dispute transaction, im sorry you arent a trusted person yet to try to provide such service. Zazarb is one of the person which does this exchanges with trusted members in general, and if you has such or similiar reputation you could provide this service you trying, i wont trust you my bitcoins if i need paypal, and i believe this will happen with the most that has a valid colateral to offer.
