I have deposited funds into my Mercatox LTC wallet, the transaction has been confirmed over a hundred times but it still hasn't been credited to my wallet despite showing up in my account history.

My god what is with this ERC 20 maitnance wallets... i have pretty big sum of coin that i cant withdrawa to my wallet... when a re they gonna open up the wallets?!

As far as I know, Eth and almost (if not all) ERC20 token wallets are in Maintenance status as of now in there. I think that's because of congested Eth network as other exchanges did the same. Avoiding this exchange is really up to you, I don't have any bad experience here so far but others have.

This is really sad to hear about it. I was planning in between to open a account but then due to some reason it just did not happened and it was a good decision if I see it now. In case if you have friends or somebody where their office is situated ask them to visit their place and get the clarification about what is happening due to which all such scenarios are being created.

1 - There are links on your maintenance page leading to phishing website pages
2 - On your maintenance page you explain inaccesibility of your website due to DDOS attack and on your twitter account because of server overloading...
3 - You have given NO update for the last 12h which is unaccpetable in that kind of situation. On 24th of october something similar happens, but you did communicate several time about the progress made.
4 - You do not specify if the coins are safe or not

Two options here:

1 - You got hacked and we are fucked
2 - You took our funds, run anway and we are fucked

As you can imagine, I do not like this situation. So, please could you, at least give us a bloody update!!!!

Did not receive any authentication link from Mercatox which means they are still down. Had submitted my verification details two weeks back which is still pending. Now I can't even check the status and they still have a limitation of 0.5 BTC withdrawal per day.
