I registered for a new account 2 days ago and never received the confirmation email I need to log in for the first time.  Is there anything I can do or do I just have to wait until they sort out all their issues first?

Maybe you need to check your spam folder, if it is not there means there is something wrong with the system. Anyway why did you even bother to register while there are some issues here? Stays on your previous exchange that you used to trade will be a wiser decision imho.

No it wasn't in the spam folder I just never received it.  As far as I know there isn't another way to have them resend the email.  When I was signing up I didn't know that they have any issues otherwise I wouldnt've bothered.  Oh well I guess I won't be using that exchange.

I finally received my confirmation email so I could log in on the 19th.

I'm not getting login confirmation emails anymore in my hotmail account, but I used to get them up to 4 days ago? I made a new account to contact support, and that email does get confirmation emails. It's not in my junk folder in my hotmail. Anybody know what could be the problem? Support hasn't responded yet:/.

I think Mercatox is having problem on ETH deposit same with all the ERC20 token, if you try to deposit it will show you a not_available on the address bar, please have a look at it thank you.

It is due to the ETH network congestions. Thousands of unconfirmed transactions...

Why can't they hire hell of a lot more support?!! They certainly can afford it.

Exchange is great; Automatic withdraw is absolutely FANTASTIC, but I don't like the way that they manage their support.

I am not sure who can help but then 2FA authentication was enabled for my account for Mercatox and due to OS crash I had to reinstall Android on my phone. Now I am not able to login to my Mercatox account as it keeps prompting me for the code. I have reset my password thinking it will solve the issue but it didn't. I even wrote to info@mercatox.com multiple emails and even sent them Tweet but no one is responding and I am not sure what to do.

Is there anyone where who can guide me what needs to be done in order to get back in as I have funds in there?
