Like over a month ago I requested for verification and till today the message I get is: Your account on check. Wait for the response of Administrator.
How many months does it take to complete the verification process? It was 8th December when I requested for the same and today is 11th jan. Their system is too slow to complete verification.

I was very happy about using MERCATOX! I had never had problems, and when I had, just a small one, the support reply in 30 min. very efficiently.
I thought MERCATOX as a good exchanger, but actually I am having a lot of problems with the exchanger.
I withdrawal my funds from mercatox to other exchanger 2 DAYS AGO and from then are blocked!
How is it possible?
this is very annoying and ridiculous!
from happy to very disappointed!

My suggestion:
Don't deposit your money there! Super fast in depositing....but you will never get them back!

I have initiated withdrawal one day ago and it stuck at processing. It didnt generate hash address and i couldnt cancel the withdrawal too. How it is possible to trade if you dont have support responding us or fixing this issue.

BTC withdrawal hasn't been working for 4 days now, same as LTC, DOGE, and XRB. ETH and all ERC20 tokens' wallets are working normally. |
