When there is no protection for your side at least with payment processor, why should you take risk.

the only thing that makes HYIP still exist until now beside of people keep blindly investing to them is that some of site didn't blatantly tell that the site is actually HYIP and sometimes those site are recognising themselves as a cloud mining,a new business model,and any else,that's actually confusing so many people

Aside from that, company already established a group of people they called pioneers to spread a word for them.  With the promised of great return in just a short period of time, plus fake testimonials people then lured to take the bait and join HYIP. Of course these people want to earn to so they sponsor a new batch of people,  Until such time when the system cannot pay the people, operation seems legit.

actually the company don't need to establish a group of people which they called pioneers,the owner just spreading his refferal link and such a big reward which could amaze noob to get lured and then those noob will turn out becoming refferal hunters,simple as that,unfortunately many people are dumb to get lured so easily

Well thats totally awfull since they didn't think of their investors safety, and they only want to get bunos eventhough they really knew the site is scam, and we can't really stop them since they are unstopable and yet using some dummy accounts to scattered the fuds out there, and the only thing for people to avoid is to research so they will not easy to be fooled and get scam.

In doing your research , you should be able to spot legit companies that i making little profit yet they have a lot of members trusting, they also turn to be scam , they can run a ponzi especially cloud mining companies, They might have a mining plant , however the mining contracts they are selling would be a ponzi scheme.

I remember when the cloud mining ponzi still popular.Many people advertising their affiliate link.At that time i also fell for investing my bitcoin on cloud mining.Lucky is only a small amount of bitcoin.For now,still recovering my lose little by little.

Your researches may save you from a known and existing scam business.  But how you will protect yourself from a future scam ? So your researches are only for 50% effective to protect your investments.

A possible solution here must be, we must invest only what we could afford to lose. It means only excess money should be "tested" with the any investing programs. Because in my opinion all investing are just for testing those services like how long they will keep their reputation.

If you do tend to invest to a particular site then as an investor we should really make some research and we should do that step anytime because if you just jump in without knowing the status or history of a certain site then you will be surely scammed after.Those people do really hungry on refferals then its already normal on bitcoin world since people would really do the things no matter what it cost as long they are generating money through their referrals.

Yes basically we have to find out in depth and always consider something with the aim to prevent scam. Because according to my investment in bitcoin very difficult and must be careful, because there are many scams that can trick anytime. And for the first time should not invest in large amounts directly, it is to be alert.

that's indeed awful, for the sake of few cents which they could earn from reffering people they're blatantly luring people to get scammed or in other words they're scamming those people with the reward of few cents, only idiots would do that and otherwise they're must be very poor that they use those cents to fulfill their monthly needs maybe

To be a good bitcoin investor and prevent from being scammed, always use midman or escrow on every peer-to-peer transactions that you make. If your client or customer don't agree for an escrow he is probably a scammer. Even if he says he can be trusted and don't need an escrow don'f go for it. If he can be trusted he will agree with an escrow without complaining.

Well you need to do a thorough research and investigation of the company you wanted to invest.  Make sure they have all the proper documents for the operation.  You can also check if they are running for sometime that makes them more reliable.  In online investment, you need to check the contact support.  If they just give you an email rather than the company full contact details then you must be careful and there is a possibility that it is a scam site.

its a good advice to understand and beside that if we are really want to make investment, then we should only make small until middle investment and don't go with big investment because we don't know how long that company will online and do calculate in how month we can get ROI with our investment.
