Sounds like HYIP site, but there are legitimate site which not HYIP scheme like building up a new project and even altcoin's ICO.
If you invest on former, you should stay away from it because whatever site which called HYIP they will collapsed soon. But for latter, you can try out to search the information, identity, and roadmap for every project.
