I thought too that the best way was to hold and sell, but it is not, as you are losing the potential that you could actually earned, as the day traders are earning a lot compare to those people who prefer to hold their coins, but there is nothing wrong with holding if it is just what your time can do then so be it.

For me, trading in digital currency, the best and effective way to do is to just buy low and sell high and you can never go wrong about it. When you buy low, just hold it for a long term investment and keep yourself updated so that you will have ideas on what to do and plans to execute. Once the price increased, just sell it if you are satisfied with your income.

Trading in the market has a very simple rule and that is buy when low and sell when high, if you will always follow this rule then you will always get a profit, there's no need for adviser if you can handle the pressure when the prices of your coins are dumping.

The prices in the market is always depending on the demand and supply so you can wait for the prices to decrease even more before selling your coins, dumping of prices in the market means you need to invest even more in order to earn a huge amount of profit.
