There are very few possibility of skill based gambling like I am aware, only sports betting a skill-based a gambling and it is relatively profitable compared to trading.

Altcoin trading is pure gambling whereas skill-based a gambling is are completely consistent for profit making. I will never recommend altcoin trading to anyone as it is more risky at the same time even I am making profits with the skill-based the gambling I'm not recommending  it to anyone due to the reason of they might get into vulnerable to addictions.

You are right, people will not stick only with skill based a gambling once they start earning profits from gambling, they will get greedy and will try some other gambling like luck-based one also. But it is their own responsibility and there will be no wrong if you are suggesting people to go for skill based a gambling only after learning required skills.

Both trading and gambling have its  own risk but the difference is there's a higher risk in gambling than trading. In gambling there's a low chance of winning and you can't get a high profit from there. Yet, you need a more luck in order to win in gambling. But in trading, it has a less risk and you need a patience. In trading you must watch closely the value of coins that you are trading because it may cause to your loss.

I agree, both have their pros and cons. You just have to be good at either of them to really profit from it. They are both still risky and it is up to the user to reduce the risk he is taking and improving his chances of winning by being an expert at what he chose to do. I don't think any skill can help you to win in gambling as it is only based on luck and that makes it very risky so if I have to choose between the both then I will give a try to trading after developing skills and getting knowledge by looking at the charts and its less risky in compare to gambling.

I guess you are not bothering about the types of gambling. If you look overall, most of the gambling are pure luck-based, but there are few games which are profitable when we are using our skills and experience, arguably they are more profitable than trading.

That's true gambling is always a gambling no matter how hard we try playing it we always lose we we won sometimes we can't guaranteed our winning on gambling even it is poker or whatsoever we always depends on luck. True,no matter which way you would go your BTC would be always at risk on losing it and would really depend on how you gonna control or manage it but comparing among the two things i would go for trading it might not be simple but its really worth it to learn specially on long term purposes.

I compare gambling and trade like bitcoin and google adsense. Both have the same risk but trade/adsense takes time to learn, if you don't have good technique will lose more money than gambling. I love the actual gambling, but as always chancy, and in the end I chose to learn a trade with more complex, if cost of capital is calculated the same doesn't seem to make any difference.

Trading requires skills obviously and it's different from gambling where there's a skilled based and luck based. I doubt if one who try to do luck based

Yes, they are both risky, but the risk in gambling is bigger than the risk in Trading, at least in trading, we are sure that our money is in the safe place if we are going to wait for the right time to buy and sell our Altcoins that we are using in Trading, while in Gambling, we are not sure all of the time if we are going to win or not, does it worth it our money to risk in Gambling? NO, so Trading is more better than Gambling, and they don't have the same percentage of risk.

I feel that both the options are of same risk.
But if you have a deep understanding then skill based gambling is not riskier than skill based trading. Trading with proper skills is more profitable.
Gambling is always a risky thing in my opinion, people don't stop gambling at a certain moment, they always crave for more and while doing that they loose more.

i am going to vote for "skill-based gambling" because i do believe that at the end of the day with all things said and done you are still going to lose all the money in gambling and it doesn't matter what you do.

lets say you are good at both things (skill based gambling and trading) and both have risks, we all know that. but if you speculate the market wrong and price moves in other direction, you can still get out with a small loss. but in gambling if you "guess" the next move wrong you are out 100%.
