Why trading is better than gambling?

Trading is not totally luck based and if you have good skills and strategy then you can expect good profits from it whereas the income from gambling will depend only on how lucky you are on that particular day.

But one shouldn't go for day trading because on a daily basis no one can predict the prices any product and it will be similar to gambling. But if you just buy and keep it to sell when prices go up then trading is a good way to earn some money. Gambling is good only for having some entertainment but shouldn't use it to earn money. Both are for a different purpose and we should use it accordingly.

Trading bitcoin looks so good till today. The price fluctuations can give us very good profit. And as I can feel that this coin wouldn't be dead in the near future, hence continue to trade it, still considered as a good way to make money. While gambling will remain unpredictable. No one knows when the luck will come. The risk is too high at gambling. With trading, even though we make a wrong decision, we bought it and suddenly the price move down, we still have a chance to get profit if we patient enough.

Both gambling and trading are taking a risk for gaining profit. I agree that trading is much better than gambling because even you can make mistake on the first time, you can learn from that and will do better for the second time. Even it takes time you can surely gain profit just wait when the price is low to buy and sell it when the price is high. That is how trading works. In gambling you cannot predict when you can be lucky to win on the play. Sometimes you can lose lot of money first before you win. More losses that winnings.

Yeah I agree that more losses can be happen if you focuses on gambling, but if you think about a better future for your family I guess you can do better with trading and the only risk if is just the possible crash of the holding of alts that you are investing. In that case if you're thinking that way, well you should be patient at most time because you needed to wait for a good price as well before you can achieved your best profit with trading alts.

It's hard to say that trading is better, because it all depends on what you are looking for.

If you want to spend a nice time and have some fun, then gambling is your choice.

If you want to make money longterm, then trading is the way you can achieve it. But first you have to study and investigate a lot, otherwise you could easily lose your investment.

But also gambling is too risky and you can lose your money easily their, when we compared it by trading, we can say that trading is more better according to the profit.

From my point of view, trading can bring more profit than gambling, you can't be assured of earning money from gambling, because, gambling is not profit making mechanism rather than it's a paid entertainment. There is a equal chance of being loser of gainer. So it shouldn't be considered as a constant platform to make money. But trading is a good platform of earning money instantly.

I agree that gambling is a paid entertainment most of the time, but some people look for gambling because they wanted to earn huge money but way too impossible. Trading for me is really good because we can learn first before we need to start trading so that it will be less of losing money.

In trading we were the one who will decide what alt to trade too if its a right time or not, it is just a long process and needs to watch out the alts price, while in gambling it is instant we can win huge if it's meant for us or vise versa, chance in earning in trading is high while in gambling we can be sure that we will really get entertained and trilled at the same time.

well that's also consider mate the image of a traders is more decent than gamblers which really getting much criticism when someone involve with this activity, unlike with trading when someone knew that you are earning from that angle they will respect you and makes you a good person.

Honestly I don't think of what others people are saying, as long as it's not illegal and it gives me money then I would surely do it.

It is the same no matter how you see it, there are transaction fees everytime you trade as well. However in trading, it is not literally luck only but some prediction is required therefore if you wish to get money then dont gamble as you will have better chance to get profit from trading, chances are not high but much better than gambling

I support the idea of going to trade over get in gambling. How much someone defend the profits out of gambling vs trading, any wise mind would not accept the fact. It is the game of loss at the end of day, trading is not loss eventually. Risks and luck are there in both, but profits weigh more in trading.

Trading don't really rely on your luck and patience, Gambling might be the one which is being reliant to luck and patience but not trading. Trading is close to investing or maybe the same as trading because they need yes, patience and luck but more on your skill, experience and knowledge. When you have the combination of those three, I think you will be doing great.

This is purely luck based game. In trading, if we wait for some time 100% we can make a profit or else there is a chance to get back our investment or else at least some amount we will get back. But in gambling, no incoming once invest and lost that's it everything will be gone.

Gambling and trading is not really 'investment'. you must be nuts to consider this thing. Even if you wait for years, there are no guarantee that you will be making money from trading. There are no such thing as risk free profit therefore if you wish to get some money then be brave to risk the money that you have

Trading is always better than Gambling because in trading you can control your looses but you can't do that in gambling. In gambling it is sure that you will loose as the house always and always have an edge against you, if they don't they will soon be out of business. So I suggest you start trading with a good knowledge on how markets react and on how to use trading tools to your advantage.
