Our XEN wallet is running on the official blockchain and all transactions is searchable on the official blockexplorer built by Xenixcoin developers.
The blockexplorer can be found at: http://xenixexplorer.com/

When searching your transaction, I can not find it on the blockexplorer...

There is one unofficial chain fork running on XEN, and transactions from that fork will NOT work to Novaexchanges wallet.

C-CEX is in some odd reason supporting the unofficial Xenixcoin chain...
Xenixcoin developer has been in contact with C-CEX that they have to upgrade their wallet to get the correct blockheight and chain, but they have to just ignored to do that, even at least one mining pool supports C-CEX wrong chainfork of Xenixcoin.
On Mining Dutch mining pool there is a notice that the pool supports C-CEX fork, but on C-CEX there is no information about that their wallet is running on an unofficial blockchain...

When our users have contacted C-CEX (you are not the first user that is affected by C-CEX wrong wallet) they have just got a link to a bitcointalk thread, with a message on discussion board about what chain that is the right one.
We on Novaexchange considers that the chain supported by all coin developers is the official blockchain, all other parallel chains is unofficial chains.

C-CEX support have even writing answers to our users that the blockexplorer is on wrong chain, the developers official miningpool is on wrong chain, and Novaexchange wallet is on wrong chain, but Novaexchanges wallet is on the right official chain (we have contact XEN developers after these issues to get that confirmed), so also blockexplorer and official miningpool, It is C-CEX wallet that's is running on wrong chain.

Novaexchange is also the only exchange listed as an official Xenixcoin exchange on Bitcointalk thread.

There is unfortunately nothing we on Novaexchange can do to solve this, because your coins is sended to us from a wallet running on wrong blockchain, and the transactions is done at wrong blockchain
