He needs to market it differently because this seems like a regular "dice" type of site where you pick either "head or tails" however since the winning gets you 185% it means there is a large 15% house edge. For a regular type of odd/even or head/tails type of game thats crazy high house edge however this is really nothing more than a binary options betting site which you are betting against the open market.
