If you are not allowed to enter the premises could you try to fly a drone around and at least try to observe from above what the place looks like. Do you have a friend who is a journalist? Maybe if you tell them that you want to write a piece about their operation they would let you go in. Just an idea
I am a journalist myself - worked in the media before and still a paid contributor of CoinDesk and a few other non-bitcoin outlets.
Re the DC, I think it is probably not what it claims to be, just a hunch but being a Chinese and know how the Chinese think and behave...
Anyway, I am too busy setting up my own farm. Once things settle down a little, I may visit at my own expense.
