Our popups/popunders are counted as clicks, they are called onclick when user loads page and clicks anywhere on the page our popups/popunders will open then
Those numbers you see are from them
At the moment $0.10 cpm rate is only for popups and popunders and rate is same for all countries unless advertiser specifies differently when creating there campaign
