Hi

This morning i not can login to mtgox with my password ;(
Then i try reset password, but new password also not work
Then my ip was blocked for 24hours
Tryed both passwords from other computer, still no login

Did anyone try this before ?
I really hope my btc are still there waiting for me

Yes i emailed them
They write back they unbanned my account, and all should be ok again
But its not ;( still not can log in with my passwords, old or new after password reset
I feel like shit .. because alot of money on the account.. i not can sleep normal

You need to contact them again. There's nothing anybody can do except them if you've lost the password or are unable to login for whatever reason.
