l`ve been buying and selling for a few months now, used bitinstant and Mt.gox quite a bit and all went well until this last transaction. l transferred less then $300 yesterday afternoon and got some standard emails from ZipZap saying l made a transaction, then saying it was a success. The other email l got was from "Support at Bitinstant" stating that l made a direct deposit into my Mt.Gox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order. My Mt.Gox account shows no action,no pending transactions or monies in my account. l`m aware of the cyber attacks on Mt.Gox at the moment and l noticed a disclaimer announcing that one should wait 3 to 4 days before  contacting them. l don`t remember seeing that on there before....any idea what`s going on? l try to be careful logging onto the various sites to eliminate phishing scams,l`ve seen a few and avoided them.Anyhow any help with this would be greatly appreciated

It's not a scam, they have been reliable for me in the past.

That said I deposited $500 today and am having the same problem.

I'm confident they will be able to rectify it.  in the mean time it does suck to have to wait, when we're so accustom to it simply working.  Just goes to show there is still al ong way to go before BTC is capable of being mainstream.
