Nothing seems to be a best or worse time for buying bitcoin. Even buying at big price gets a small earning, so its better to understand the uniqueness of bitcoin and predict the price and make a buy than going upon some others strategy and buying.

Probably when bitcoin price drops that would be the best time to buy and when you trade that in the market there would be a great chances to gain more profit. From time to time when price goes down for buyers market trend goes up and down and you should always stay up to date so that you may have analysis of your trading skills.

And what if the price never goes down from now ? I mean suppose it just kept flying and reaches 1500$ mark ?
You will regret. So my personal strategy is that buy at any price you want like right now and then just wait for a month or 2 weeks and then sell it (surely the price would be high).

Well we are not fortune teller to know if what will be the price in the future.. but i think the price right now will not touch or continue to $1500 mark..
I feel that before of this month we will experience of decreases back to 600 value level and it will increase again back before christmas this is what i experience last year and i just relaying on the same chart or little bit the same chart.

Actually if you buy bitcoins now it is hardly to predict that the price will increase more soon since the price is very high and i think the new level of the price of bitcoin will happen again next year not this month or next month this is just my own speculation and relaying the same as in old chart of bitcoin price..

for bitcoin, the good time to buy bitcoin is always now because of the speculation that bitcoin price will increase in the coming months.  The low percentage of the population that is in bitcoin is the key of this speculation thinking that there are still this very huge number to adopt bitcoin thus pushing its price to skyrocket. 

And if we have money then maybe buy bitcoins and invest them in gambling sites' bankroll and hence even if you HAD to sell at lower price you will make much more profit from gambling sites.
Though i think trading quickly is much better, like use BTC-E and trade the price, buy at 700$ and sell at 710$ and so on ..

Here we come to holding, if the reason of buying is profit then best way is long term holding, for that price is still great, its under 800 $ and it will go on more then 1300 in next couple years, that means buying now is 450 $ + profit per one bitcoin in couple years. I wouldn't say 'if your mind allow', it's more if you wallet allows it. I have a wish to buy it from beginning, my mind allows is ti and support it, but without money I can't do much.
If your financial situation is good enough to handle one big spending, bitcoin isn't cheap like it use to be, then obstacles in your mind will not stop you.

Do you have time machine? Since you already know on what would happen on bitcoins price on  upcoming  feb-march 2017 which is  somehow amazing. Best time to buy  bitcoins is now  since the price will surely increase until next  year and we could able to make  such money on that. From the point of view of an investor, I believe that the best moment to buy Bitcoin is when bad news comes to the market, that is, when certain events lead to a price drop due to the panic in the market.
