Right now, we have no idea if the price of bitcoin will continue to decrease or continue it's interrupted price increase. Last last week, the price was just around 600$ and now it's already 700$. It even reach 730$ range this week. The people that bought last last week and short traded it this week has already made profit.

Even though unlikely, the same thing might happen to you. So I think every time's a good time to buy bitcoins. You don't want to lose your opportunity buying low and then selling high. for now, i think the best time to buy is when there is a dip. for example the recent price drop to 670 was a good chance to buy and then you can sell on 710 or keep some and sell only for your initial investment and then buy back with it again to have more bitcoin leftover.

Actually the best time to buy bitcoin cheap was few months ago when price got dumped after bitfinex got hacked. You can check price was around $500 at that time and now price is standing at $700 which is a good $200 profit.

Why would bitcoin reach such value, without nothing important happening into bitcoin world? Bitcoin should reach 1000 dollars at 2020 with the halving, if megaupload project turns into a sucess, it should affect the value of bitcoin at 2017 soo maybe 800-900 dollars can be achieved at those period.

I agree, that it will be hard to see bitcoin at 500 USD again.  This growth is not the same growth in 2013, it was a pump while what happen in this year is a natural growth of bitcoin.  Aside from that bitcoin is now more accessible for future updates because of the implementation of SegWit, and probably it is the reason why bitcoin price just have a sudden jump today.

You should have bought your coins a good while before the block halving that happened back in Juli. If you buy at current prices, then you have a 50/50 chance to get profits. I really don't see much higher upwards potential than $750-$770 where we won't touch the $800 level this year. I wouldn't want to take that risk.

I guess you are right, there are some indication the bitcoin price will rise, base on history bitcoin have price increase during December.  Aside from that it seems that Bitcoin's new floor is 700 USD, with this price as a new floor it is observed that price will increase soon.  By the way I think there is another reason for Bitcoin to increase in price and that is the ongoing update for SegWit activation.  The core stated that implementing this kind of soft fork to bitcoin will enable the updates for bitcoin to be easier than before.

Seriously? Do you even look at charts greater than just 2 or so hours? Right now we are sitting at the highest price in nearly 5 months time!! People that wanted to buy, should have done it at prices far below the current levels. Right now you are much better off securing profits, or to continue holding to see where the price is heading to. the price is playing around 740-760$ so its really hard to say and chasing it by chances to go deeper to 600$ is very long wait to happen as we all knew bitcoin traders always taking advantage of fluctuation, for me if you want to go in for a short profits or for just a day trading its always a good timing to shorting it and make some good little profits from the trade but if you are looking and aiming for a long term investment the price still affordable you can buy little by little and store it inside your wallet.

Serious corretion basing on what? I can not see that happen soon. Over this year we've grown steadily with corrections and sideways movements where people always had the chance to buy in.
Even if we can not break the $800+ and therefore reached some stronger resistence at that level I doubt we will go down that much.
I tend to believe we will see some major push to break the 800+ and move even higher, maybe to the $1000 before seing some significant correction again.
So to wait for cheaper price could also end in a big mistake. I would start to invest partially.

It depends on who it is saying as the majority of the people here are expecting too much from the price. Just look at how many people think we'll reach the $1000 level this year. Some even said that we'll see the price reach a new ATH this year.... Fact is that you could and should have bought your coins far below the current levels. Increasing demand has positive impact on price but I am afraid that if the price will fall many people are in loss because of it.
