I am expecting Zcash to correct heavily in the coming days. If it breaks below $100 then I expect it settle around $30. Saying this just based on reading the charts and I may be terribly wrong.. I feel sorry for the people who have bought into Zcash at high prices. At the same time, be careful and watch out for any news from the developers side, they can pump up the price at any moment. You don't want to miss a good trading opportunity...

Better not to expect too much that this coins would pump again but who knows that the devs would have plan to pump this coins but for now the dumping of price of zcash would really continue until it reaches to the bottom. FOr sure many investards are crying now especially those who bought on more than 10+ btc |

I can't see it going up very much from here though. It is rising now. But the short term price trend is still going down. It might stop in the next few months. cons like ZCash are always going down (0.12 right now) and the short term rises happen because of some correction and some day trading which are usually called dead cat bounces. and this trend will not stop any time soon until it reaches a very low price and becomes stable there and then the only difference is in the speed the price goes down but it will continue going down nonetheless. |
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

zcash is like a sinking ship, heck it is like Titanic  it started out even more expensive than bitcoin and it is not even one month yet from its top price (which was a huge pump) and the price of it is already going down to the bottom of the ocean! |

I'm hoping that it stays at around $75+ at least, otherwise it's mining would be pretty useless.  I guess there would be a bounce soon by the way, pretty temporary but it would occur, you know, the big whales will be pumping it for a short time. Just see. |

The price is already below $100. It is possible the price will be below $50 when the full block reward happens. |

The price is already below $100. It is possible the price will be below $50 when the full block reward happens. hehe! It was predicted, smart people didn't trust this fail coin. If everyone here focus more on btc and forget those dead coins he profit would be higher for all. Most altcoins like this zcash are just waste of time. Real profit is made from btcs, the trusted one. |

Price will probably drop below 0.1 this weekend.
Once that happens it may drop lower.
Psychological barriers like this always seem to cause a big swing.
(Like how the price something $4.99 because its lower than $5)

It seems that at the beginning, a limited group of people, with access to gpu mining software, were able to mine 10x more efficiently, if compared to most users using cpu miner. Not to mention the number of people who got burnt with the crash in the market.

Agreed, it's almost as if this was done on purpose. ZEC is suffering for so many reasons and BTCs rise surely didn't do it any good either. It was obvious it wasn't going to stay at 200-300$/ZEC, but a stable 100$ would have been very nice. Anyway, I'll keep mining what I can until it becomes useless to mine. |
