It was one of the worst releases I've ever seen. It seems that at the beginning, a limited group of people, with access to gpu mining software, were able to mine 10x more efficiently, if compared to most users using cpu miner. Not to mention the number of people who got burnt with the crash in the market.

I see it as normal for anyone to hype a project even beyond its capacity and hoping it will live up to that. For the guys that lost some money they probably thought its the best decision with all the hype and all that, it could have been the best decision anyone would have taken if their plan had come to play. But its a risk that anyone could have taken? Most importantly the real potential of a coin is not in short term but how it can stand the test of time...

The Peter Todd report really proved that the coin is full of holes and a total sham/scam... Nobody is even 100% sure  that the seed generation was not compromised in some way that gives them power to create unlimited coins

I think it is not very possible for the ZCash to go to $2 if the ZAddress issue is resolved. Otherwise, it is possible to 0.

I'm still mining it, but no point in holding, even more so since we know little about the future of zcash. I do see an increase in zec payment on flypool so i make more zecs a day as people are going back to ETH. As you say, if the promoters don't plan something, it's going to keep falling to a point where no one will want to mine it.

If you look at the market cap, the market cap remains very similar to a few weeks ago. The price fell a lot.

Just as expected zcash  is just a  pump and  dump coin, in previous weeks i see it on the  price of  0.2-0.3 but now it dumps so  hard which almost decreased upto 0.07 and i would really say that  it would dump even more on the long run. Theres no point to switch or invest into this coins. Its just a pump dump scheme just  like other commons altcoin do exist.

it will be more and more coins every day. I told about december because the date of slow start ending is the nearest date of something could happen. Then i will not see really big causes for pump. except whales accumulating, of cours. But for more strong pump they nedd some information activity and news, i think.

The ZEC price is around $75 now. There is a pump of the ZEC in the last few hours. It has increased 25%.
