I'm not sure that bitcoin is the future but i believe that crypto currencies is the future of money.  The role that bitcoin plays in that is still to be determined but i guess it'll play a very instrumental role being the first and most widely known crypto currency.  Amongst other issues like volatility and anonymity, decentralisation is a major issue for banks and governments, probably why crypto's have not been adopted more wider than it is now particularly by governments, banks or businesses..  Put simply, bitcoin i think is the concept of what money is in the future.

Why give any govt the power to have the control of legal or not legal though?  Bitcoin is the people taking control. The concept of Bitcoin is bye bye to the middlemen, the banks, the govt, money transfer services, credit and debit card cartels, etc.  Once everyone has a Bitcoin wallet and a cell phone, the need for regular govt printed money will be diminished to the point perhaps of completly gone from our daily transactions.

Everything will be digital eventually. No more filthy dirty, germ and bacteria infested paper, and who knows what else, to carry in our pocket and handle. LOL

I think it just always as alternative currency online or locally if the adoption will be the same as brazil that has 150 store or more are accepting bitcoins locally.. but future money it can not be use as main currency because government dont accept it because fiat is already controlled by them

Well said, we have to think rationally. Not a single government will not accept Bitcoin as a legal money in their territory because of lacking in terms of regulation. Though the Bitcoin is a decentralized currency so that it will remain a virtual currency forever. but one thing we can be assured of the market dominance, Bitcoin is becoming a popular and profitable currency day by day so that It's going to be a factor for the mobilizing and gathering of capital.
In the future, Bitcoin will become a crucial and popular payment method because of the privacy system. So Bitcoin will not be a local money but a virtual currency as usual in the coming time.

Indeed, more and more people are engaging into bitcoin and starting using it for making transactions because it is fast and easy. They also use it as a source of income and also as a long term investment. They use all the advantages they can get when they start using bitcoin and maybe in the future where technologies are literally everywhere we can say that bitcoin is the future of money.

It's a different form of money because it's decentralized, it might be widely used but it will not replace the current system.

If you look into the trail of money/currency there always a huge leap of changes.
From barter type of trading  to currency there were always a negatives disposition to discredit the benefit of changing.

Based on the current trends and what is happening, it will not be wrong to think in that direction because even over here that I thought the awareness is not much, the popularity is just growing and I cant just believe it. However, the future is what is the concern because based on this day, I am seeing the future not anywhere close as the world politics is not even going towards that direction and this is something of concern.
